JayJay & Stan: Sounds like he didn't read his contract, and didn't recind the purchase following all the rules specified in the contract.

In order to make him feel like he cancelled, they gleefully took his card and gave him the credit. They knew the legal time would run out before he found help from tug or here....and now they say he still owns the unit or points, and the resind time limit has passed. So...pay up.

Not a surprise! We all know about developer sales tactics.

However, if he does pursue, I think they will let him out, because he can show they returned his money.... ( I think, anyway )
