I got scammed by Dave on fundrestorer@gmail.com. He scammed me for over 22K. He took my fund-restore project and claimed my stolen funds was successfully retrieved, but I needed to pay a fee to release it. I had paid his so called "final fees" 12 times (in total over 22K USD), as he continued making up excuse saying there were hindrances. Because he continuously asked for more and more payments, at the end, we even made a contract to make sure he would deliver the promised work. In the contract he confirmed he would send the retrieved funds to my wallet or he would process a full refund. Then he would fix whatever hinderances and send over my funds eventually. However, he took all money and didn't deliver anything to me. He breached the agreement and refused to take the responsibility to deliver my funds. When I further asked him to process a full refund as earlier agreed, because the job was not done, he stopped replying to me. He is totally a scam.
