I have owned with RHC for about 7 years. I have enough points for use about every other year. Overall, I have been satisfied, but have recently read some very negative things about them on the internet. I'm curious to know what other people have experienced. Have I been missing something (luckily, perhaps?) Are the complaints justified, or did people get into it without reading or listening carefully to what they were buying? Any info would be appreciated.
