Might be wrong, but just a caution.

I didn't see the thread, but as long as you own a deeded week with ANY resort you can deposit it with either the exchange company your resort is affiliated with (RCI or II ... some are affiliated with both), any of the independent exchange companies or Redweek. You can also rent the week, give it away, barter it, direct exchange it or whatever else you choose to do with the week.

The only thing you're NOT ALLOWED to do is rent/sell a week that's already been deposited and exchanged with any of the exchange companies.
