I am not sure why she mentions not renting to "other RCI members" specifically. Possibly because I had made some reference to RCI WEEKS. But that does not really seem relevant. Go onto the RCI site and ask if you are still uncertain, but the simple answer seems to be "No". There are 20 pages of rules posted on the website under RCI Weeks Terms and Conditions. MD

I guess that answers that question. You either have to use your RCI points or deposit them with RCI ... you cannot rent out when you own RCI points.
