In order to see about a refund or cancellation, you'll need to open a booking discussion (if the rental in question used RedWeek Booking) or contact the owner directly (if the rental was an owner DIY). Please understand that unless you hear from us, we are obligated to follow the terms of the rental agreement in place for your booking. For renters, you can view the cancellation policy in the My Trips section of your RedWeek account.
