Hi Peter,
Maintenance fees and assessments must be current through the date of the deposited week. We will confirm this with the resort when you deposit and may retract the assigned point values and reverse any commitments for exchanges made using the points received.
What you can do is call your resort and request an estimate for the 2008 maintenance fees. Then you can go ahead and pre-pay those fees, and we will be able to complete the deposit.
