Terry - why did you request a refund? Did you ever receive anything from them besides a contract, such as a gift certificate or a document saying the time share had been gifted to you? I'm still working with Chris - I've gotten a contract from them but not yet the gift certificate. I call him every week asking for the status (I had to do that with the initial receipt and I only got the initial contract after Marty called Chris). I haven't figured out if they are a scam or if they are just very slow and disorganized about handling the process, so I'm curious as to why you requested a refund. thanks, LIsa
