If you go to "My Account" on rci.com, then go to "comment cards", you you went to a resort recently it will have it listed there and you can fill out a comment card online. The comment cards are used to determine if a resort gets a gold crown or other rating.

Glad you were able to track that down (and prove that I wasn't dreaming). We sometimes (always?) also get something in the mail to fill out after an RCI exchange visit, but it often comes so long after the week they are talking about that I know I am not always sure which resort they have in mind. Think they just say "your recent visit" or something. Not the resort name. We may have been to another one or two places since the one they mean! MD
