The following is the pricing chart that CHL Marketing, Inc. (Timesharemls.org, TimeshareFSBO.com, Timeshare ResalesUSA.com and soon to be Timeshare Resales GMAC.com) uses. As you can see, the service they sell isn't so valuable that it has to be a set fee, $999, $899 or even $799 period but it is flexible depending on what the sales rep can get out of a timeshare owner.
If the service had great value it doesn't make sense that one person can be sold the package at $799 but another can purchase at $399 for the exact same thing (albeit the exact same thing equates to $0 value for the timeshare owner).
It's apparent the value of their service isn't what is most important but the available credit limit on a timeshare owner's visa or mastercard is what's most important.
They always want to break down any dollar amount to small numbers to make it easier for the timeshare owner feel that $699 or $799 or whatever price is really a great value when you think about it (yeah right!)
