If this company was legit they would take their fee after they sell, not before. Once they have your money there is no incentive to sell except to list your timeshare in a computer database that nobody will ever see. Actually, I found Seabreeze to be successful in the resale of my timeshare in Orlando at the Westgate Lakes. Not only did Seabreeze bring mean offer within $1000 of my asking price.
