I'm very new in this field. How can I know that I won't be cheated by others when I rental a timeshare? How about the payment for the rental if the citizen of both are different?
===== Good question. Have any of you folks reading this rented to (or from) a person in another country? I have rented out our Mexican resort but since it was to another American there was no currency exchange problem. I'd suppose major banks can supply something like a Cashiers Check for payment at the current exchange rates. However, this might be a circumstance in which an escrow company would be useful. PayPal handles payments to and from over 100 countries. There are similar services such as Ecocard whichis very popular with Europeans, I'm told. Funds can also be wired into a bank account.
