I'd suppose major banks can supply something like a Cashiers Check for payment at the current exchange rates. However, this might be a circumstance in which an escrow company would be useful. PayPal handles payments to and from over 100 countries. There are similar services such as Ecocard whichis very popular with Europeans, I'm told. Funds can also be wired into a bank account.
