Have you checked what other people are asking for their rentals at your resort? Also, I wouldn't necessarily go by the resort rack rental rates in coming up with a price for my rental as rack rates are are normally very high.

Thanksgiving should be a very popular week and you own at a very high end resort (Westin), but Thanksgiving is fast approaching. The only advice I can give you is to lower your rental price or deposit your week with an exchange company so as not to lose it.
