Yes, there is a very large Pavilion's grocery store on the corner of Newport Coast Road & San Joaquin Road...about a mile up from the Newport Coast Villas. Also, there is a Trader Joe's on Pacific Coast Highway about a 1.5 mile drive from the Villas. It's in a center with LOTS of great restaurants! (by Gary O.):
