In 20+ years of timeshare ownership. I have NEVER known of ANY of these upfront fee parasites to ever sell a timeshare. NEVER. Not once. Not ever. I doubt that a rental track record is much different.
If your mil wants rent out her timeshare, she can do it herself by advertising for just a few dollars on RedWeek, VacationTimeshare Rentals, MyResortNetwork, etc., spending well under $100 total. If she still insistes on spending $800 to pay someone to probably NOT successfully do what she CAN EASILY do herself for a fraction of the cost, well --- LET her throw her money away and learn the lesson for herself.
