My advice is simply to consider only "RedWeek Verified" listings if you cannot manage to have some actual conversation directly with the advertising owner of a "non-verified" listing. With "verified" listings, you know that RedWeek has already independently confirmed the accuracy and ownership details of that "verified" listing. Additionally, if a listing is "Verified", you can also rest assured that it's not someone attempting to rent out an "exchange week" that they obtained from RCI or II (renting exchanges is a clearly prohibited practice with both RCI and II). An "exchange" obviously cannot and will not ever get "Verified" by RedWeek.
