We got out of our timeshare after cancellation time. On the basis we were lied to. Filed complaints to attorney generals to state, where we signed contract and were lied to, by sales people. Also to the state of the headquarters of the timeshare corporation. Then we got a lawyer through Hyatt legal services: Sent a demand letter to headquarters of timeshare corporation explaining how we were lied to. We were being ignored, until we sent them, a demand letter from a lawyer, We got out of ours, it took months, but it worked. Got payments back too.(We were told after the fact, that we should’ve got a lawyer in the state that we signed the contract in also. If that’s helpful to anyone else.)
