Re-Sales are like a used car. You may have paid 15000.00 for it 3 years ago. However, if you sold it today you would be lucky to get a quarter of that. I have purchased all 4 of my timeshares from 1700.00 to 305.00. The same units people are paying the developer 15000.00 for. I would never pay an upfront fee when they have sites like redweek and myresortnetwork and a great one,Timeshares users group www. tug2.net These are sites people trust. However remember you are not going to get what you paid or even close to it.
