Floating is a different week every year at a certain time of the year. Be careful, as it might be a summer season float. Fixed week is the same week every year. Check out the Timeshare calender. www.tug2.net is a good place to start. When you find the resort you like, check out the reviews on tug. The 10.00 fee is worth it.
