There are many available, that's for sure. Many are being offered for free, even some perhaps with the current owner offering the next maintenance fee paid. But there's a reason why many owners are trying to get rid of their units.

Before you acquire a timeshare, even if you get one for free, make sure you do your research of all the ins and outs of owning.
