Sorry to hear about your loss. Sadly, stories like this appear on these boards quite frequently. Believe me, you're not the only one who's fallen for these timeshare-related scams.

Filing a report with the FBI is a good start although I don't know if you'll be able to get your money back seeing that these clowns who scammed you are probably in Mexico.

And we also try to emphasize on these boards, it doesn't matter what the name of the company is. Anyone who contacts you unexpectedly regarding selling, renting out, marketing, or "cancelling" your timeshare with an offer that's too good to be true is a scammer.
