Is there any law firms who are interested in representing timeshare owners getting out of their timeshare? There are a lot of companies making these promises. Are any of the successful? That depends on how you define "successful"? These so-called law firms are usually "successful" by telling you to just stop paying any maintenance fees and loan repayments, then let your unit go into default and foreclosure. You don't need to pay a law firm to do that. You can do that yourself for free.

If you say that TMC is refusing to take it back, contact the resort's Homeowners' Association, possibly by written letter, saying that you will not pay any more money in maintenance fees and that it would be in everybody's best interests for the HOA to take the unit back.
