You are correct that there are currently some very good timeshare deals on Ebay. I've never seen prices so low before, but I'm sure the overwhelming majority of those good deals are due to the postcard companies.
PCCs are devaluing ALL timeshares with their method of sales. However, if you want to get into timesharing for very little invested, then Ebay would be the way to go.
