Sunterra is GONE after being sued by SPAIN and numerous class action law suits. Their last CEO is on the run. Your deed is held in TRUST unfortunately not in yours. Sunterra is a point based system there are no deeds. Did you receive a FEE SIMPLE DEED from the state where you were obviously PUT TOGETHER . SUCKER !!!
