No "lawyer fee" (per se) is specifically required in Florida, although Florida based closing companies all have affiliated attorneys review deeds prior to sending them off to the appropriate county for recording.
South Carolina law specifically and overtly requires an attorney to handle timeshare deeds, but I am unaware of any such comparable legal requirement in Florida (although I'll stand to be corrected if mistaken).
