Recently learned of these three taxes on rentals. Not to get into the merits of the taxes, it is what it is. However, how do I post on my rental listing that renters must reimburse the additional 17.5% above and beyond the price of my listing. In other words, my listing is what I get, the 17.5% is additional cost to the renter. Or do I have to mark up my price to cover the 17.5% making the transient taxes a hidden fee? Other rental platforms allow disclosure that transient taxes are above and beyond the price listed. Thank you.
