RedWeek is just a listing site. Any and all resales found listed on RedWeek are those of existing owners, who have different forms of ownership / membership. There is no “one size fits all” answer to your questions, since there are varying forms and versions of ownership within the various “chains” (including Marriott). You would have to inquire directly about the underlying specifics of individual listings you see on RedWeek. Good luck.
