Just keep dogging the scoundrels, posting on their Fakebook, making life harder for them.

That is your only course of action.

I will add that back when I cared, I followed Wastegate's litigation in Florida, and they did not go after foreigners. But, that was Wastegate and that was Florida.

They all know it's just "mud" on the wall, and they get by well with what sticks.
