============ I'm not sure if the Club Sunterra memebership is transferable on resale, you might be only able to sell the Williamsburg unit and possibly trades within the Trust. This should all be outlined in your original contract. Please gather all the necessary info to present to a potential buyer as to what he/she is and is not purchasing. Good Luck
