I have a 2 bdrm Mariott Grand Chateau and rarely use it myself. Have lent it to friends and family who visited Vegas and loved it. However, would not go there every year. Have rented it out on AirBnb in the past which sometimes covered the annual fees. But, it's a lot of work renting it out so am looking to sell too. Don't recommend wasting time with the sales presentations and never buy from them. They'll charge you at least 4 times more than from resale market.
