Can you send me the contract information of your lawyer? We have been scammed lately and it was 29 days before we realized it when they started pressuring us to pay our remaining balance. We said we would not pay it fully and we contested the downpayment from our credit card company but Vallarta Garden, now Kovay Garden is threatening us to be endorsed to a California collection agency.
