Hi, We are investigating selling Limetree Beach Resort by Club Wyndham Southside, St. Thomas (USVI). It's paid off, the maintenance fee is about $1100 a year. Just wondering if this type of unit could be easily sold. Is it a desirable property? I only see one comparable listed for sale ($2400) and none in past sales.
