How do I lodge a complaint against an owner. I rented a week and the owner did not transfer the reservation to my name, he kept his name on the reservation. His agreement clearly stated that he would transfer the reservation. As a result I received no Marriott elite night credit as the reservation was not in my name. I sense this is a game this owner plays to avoid paying transfer fees and or taxes. He owns multiple weeks and rents them out.
