We own at Vallarta gardens and have since 2020, but have not ever used it because there’s never any availability for our season when we can go. Yes, we were told we could sell the weeks we don’t use, but were told after year 1 that the company went out of business. Almost a year ago I got a call from Capital Real Estate Advisory Group who said they would sell our VG timeshare, after $20k in “taxes” they stopped taking our calls and emails!! I had printouts of the escrow account our money went into, and a copy of the business license. If anybody knows of a law suit against them, I would love to know! I called Charlotte, NC police department and they said because money exchanged hands that we would have to go through attorney general, and BBB. NC Attorney General said we needed to contact the Charlotte PD…ugh!!!
