Who contacted you from Capital Real Estate Advisory Group? We also lost over 40K at Vallarta Gardens from a 2021 sale. Theywere not listed on the NC BBB? I had printouts of the escrow account our money went into, and a copy of the business license. If anybody knows of a law suit against them, I would love to know! I called Charlotte, NC police department and they said because money exchanged hands that we would have to go through attorney general, and BBB. NC Attorney General said we needed to contact the Charlotte PD…ugh!!!
