Question for owners of 1 floating platinum week. How difficult is it to book June, July or August. Looking at buying floating platinum week but don’t want to waste my money if it is really hated to get. For those that rent diluting the summer(not 4th of July) what do you usually get for 1 week?

I see listings for $4000+ a week to rent there.
