Secondly, "If you really want to get out of your timeshare", there's no need to consult a lawyer. Yes, a Wyndham owner can contact Wyndham's Ovation/Certified Exit program.

As for recording a call and using it as evidence, for the evidence to be admissible, the party on the other line has to be informed that the call is being recorded.

And yes, it is reminded on timeshare forums such as these many, many times that these exit companies and upfront fee resale/rental companies are scams.
