============= Mizner Place (if that is where your friend purchased the TS) is an RCI Points resort. If he bought a 2 BR in a prime week (i.e. summer or July) then he should enough points for a variety of trading opportunities. If he is willing to stay in 1 bedroom units he can stretch his points even more. If he bought a 1 BR and/or bought an non-peak week, the exchange availabilities will be more limited. There are lots of "tricks" to stretch your points.
