Wondering if anyone has run numbers / has experience on listing a 3 and a 4 day timeshare vs a single 7 day rental. Specifically in Southern California in mid/late April. I understand the average rates are likely higher on a per night basis and that you need to have a good feeling for typical clientele demand (full week for remote destination vs shorter term stays), so really hoping someone has data or solid experience given Orange County area in deep April, so assuming some spring break vacation, etc. Thx!
