I have sold two Mexico timeshares that we had used or rented for 12 of the 30 years and the Maintainance fees were getting too high.
I assisted my sister in purchasing from this site and I have also rented to and from others several time.
It depends on the location, time of year and other factors. Look on the Redweek listing for your resort and check others pricing. Be in the ballpark and expect some offers of lesser amounts unless it is top of the line location.
I currently have a timeshare for sale and rent but was able to rent it quickly so using both listings is a great idea. Now I think I can make money renting it out.
