Stay away from in Less Time Closings. The owner David Patel was assigned to me by Bonnie Kulka of Bishop and Waters. Bonnie Kulka has good BBB accreditation and she uses that influence to scam customers with other scammers. We paid Bonnie not knowing that she was going to re-assign the work to someone else and both collected money for not doing anything. Both are scammers and liers
