The moral and lesson from reports by people who have been scammed is to use *ONLY* closing entities that are widely known, well established and that have endorsements from legitimate and experienced people who have successfully used them before, with such reports preferably occurring over a period of years. Dealing with completely unknown entities in the timeshare world is truly just begging to be scammed; a huge (and completely avoidable) mistake. Forewarned is / was forearmed!
