Now that Polo Towers has taken on a new, beautiful remodel, can any owner suggest why Diamond Resorts wants to buy back units in the next few weeks? The only thing that came to my mind is that the points conversion did not go as well as expected and if Polo Towers can gain sufficient control they can change the policy to a points only ownership. Not unlike a company gaining stock control. Anyone out there have other ideas? I welcome your opinion.
