Your description of events and their outcome certainly seems to be an unusual anomaly (at least in my experience), but I am nonetheless happy for you and for your reported successful results.
It is my personal opinion that what is really required to put ALL of these bottom dwelling upfront fee parasites permanently out of business and completely out of existence --- forever --- is federal legislation. More than 80% of these maggots operate out of the state of Florida, but only federal legislation can or will provide "blanket" coverage across the entire country, ensuring that these parasites can't just relocate to another state. There must be NO SAFE HAVEN for these parasites and, in my view, only federal legislation can actually make that happen. Until such legislation is enacted, these maggots will just continue to take people's money. Whether those folks willingly paying out that money are victims or volunteers is certainly a matter of opinion, but federal protection for EVERYONE would make the distinction irrelevant.
