The problem with the fee was that it was a quantity and the a hurricane damaged them and we got higher fees. I understand that these owners must have insurance and anyway they have mmetings and send the invites to late so I can`t participate that`s unfair! But anyway you said that a timeshare can be sold where can I get the info I`d appreciate it.I really need to do something with this!!<< ===========================================

As already stated here and in other threads on this website by numerous other people, you can (and you should) sell your timeshare on your own. I suggest that you search through those threads to review the recommendations already provided many times regarding ways to properly price your timeshare at current market value, as well as suggested places to advertise (several are free, the others are all low cost). The harsh fact is, whether you like it or not, YOU are going to have to spend some time and YOU are going to have to exert some effort to advertise and sell YOUR OWN timeshare. No one else is going to do that for you and there is no magic "easy" button. A closing company can and will handle all the details of deed preparation and recording, with the buyer paying the closing costs, but it is up to YOU AND YOU ALONE to first find that willing buyer by getting the timeshare properly advertised at a competitive price in the right places. As I've said in other posts, read, read --- and then read some more. Reading and following the threads on "selling a timeshare" will provide you with complete guidelines to follow. The rest is up to you.
