As already stated here and in other threads on this website by numerous other people, you can (and you should) sell your timeshare on your own. I suggest that you search through those threads to review the recommendations already provided many times before regarding ways to properly price your timeshare at current market value, as well as places to advertise (several are free, the others are all low cost). The harsh fact is, whether you like it or not, YOU are going to have to spend some time and YOU are going to have to exert some effort to advertise and sell YOUR OWN timeshare. No one else is going to do that for you and there is no magic "easy" button available. A closing company can and will handle all the details of deed preparation and recording, with the buyer paying the closing costs, but it is up to YOU ALONE to first find that willing buyer by getting the timeshare properly advertised at a competitive price in the right places. As I've said in other posts, read, read --- and then read some more. Reading and following the threads on "selling a timeshare" will provide you with complete guidelines to follow. The rest is up to you.

Buying a timeshare can sound so rewarding, but it all depends on who you are buying from. Certain companies are full of it. When we bought we were told so many great stories, yet later ondown the line we were lied to. When we filed a complaint with the state of Florida, they stated we actually had no complaint, I was told we shouldn't have listened to the sales person because they lie. Instead I was told when buysing timeshares you actually need to sit down and READ the entire stack of papers when you are there. Because ofthis these companies can do whatever they want at anytime. So yes READ READ READ, we were never enrolled into Interval, we asked to rent out our time which is a gold week, they stated it could not be done, then I went to a parasite and they told me they had posted my time share on their website, when I looked it up it was a timeshare in Vegas, I printed it, after emailing them and telling them off the next day my timeshare was up on their website. Too late for them I am getting my money back their mistakes were my reward, and I am going to READ READ READ, and sell onthis website, and do it myself. I am tired of these Floridans stealing from me.
