Stan's self promotion for upfront fee "marketing" (by KC):
Subtly advertising himself, Stan states:
>>Sorry to inform you all but, we actually market timeshare properties. And if you could actually sell it another way then why did you call me in the first place? ?? I am not a licensed broker but we do have licensed brokers on staff who bridge the gap when an appropriate offer is accepted. And, if you go to the (ad attempt deleted here) we will be there next to Wyndham, Marriot, Bluegreen, and all the other top companies marketing our properties. You can hear about us (more attempted ad info deleted here). We are one of the only re-sale companies that actually markets timeshare agressively and we have have multiple refrences that will attest to these facts. So, contact Stan Moss at (...upfront fee company contact info deleted here...) << ============================================
Cute way to try to get free advertising, Stan....
Your self-promotion aside, the indisputable fact remains that you collect hefty upfront fees to "market" timeshares. An additional indisputable fact is that people can, by exerting some time and effort (and with only minimal expense), sell their timeshare at current market value --- WITHOUT YOU! If you have licensed brokers on your staff, why don't you offer to take a commission only UPON SALE?
I also sincerely doubt that Marriott and/or Wyndham would much appreciate your even implying that there is ANY kind of connection or association between you and them. They certainly don't "market your properties", as you've falsely stated. They are established, respected corporations with their own timeshare operations. You, on the other hand, are just an opportunistic "after market" parasite, preying upon the ignorance and desperation of people who just don't (yet) know how to part company with a timeshare product they own, but no longer want. Educating such people (here and elsewhere) on how to sell their timeshare on their own will ultimately put people like you right out of business --- which is exactly where you belong, in my view. I certainly won't miss you and others of your ilk when you're out of business and GONE.
