Stan is full of #@!!!, I called him because i was gleaning information only. why would I inform him of that, then I would n't get the answers I wanted to compare to other timeshare bogus answers. Oh and by the way, Stan told me that if I didn't pay further maintenance fees (let it go....)my credit would be affected. So I said, well I sell it for $1 before I allow that. He immediatedly said, hey then, I'll contact my broker, and buy it if you want. What a creep. Just remember Stan, what comes around goes around.
