Sorry, but I don't think so... At any resort I've owned at (or ever visited) during my 25 years of timeshare ownership, the only on-site people selling weeks there are either representatives of the developer, or of the resort management company, or an independent *LICENSED* realtor operating on site for resales, with the permission of the facility. I have never witnessed any other "alternative" representatives selling time on site at any resort. If they assert otherwise, can they actually identify any such resort --- anywhere? =================================================

Nonsense. This is just another upfront fee parasite operation, with a "song and dance" designed to lighten your wallet. What they are REALLY looking for is people to pay them a fee, regardless of whether or not they ever actually sell anything. Furthermore, closing costs should only EVER be paid UPON SALE --- usually by the buyer, using a closing company of the buyer's choice. Noteworthy exceptions are some eBay transactions, where "mega sellers" often mandate the use of a particular closing company (when that particular seller either owns the closing company or has a contractual commitment with one). Anyone attempting to collect closing costs BEFORE an actual sale is just picking your pocket, plain and simple. =================================================

More nonsense. Nobody "gets money back from past sales contracts"; that's just more vague and fuzzy marketing babble. They could also try to fly, by glueing on some feathers and flapping their arms up and down --- with an equal likelihood of success.

You are certainly free to believe whatever (and whomever) you choose, but my unhesitating advice is to run away quickly --- and don't give these parasites a penny! What you describe is obviously just another upront fee parasite operation spouting forth various absurd tales, lies and half-truths to get your money (but who will never actually sell your timeshare). Just out of curiousity, where did you find these particular "solutions" sorcerers and their assorted ridiculous claims and statements anyhow?
