delorise2 We were approached by them last year & went to Club Albufera in Portugal, Luckily we had hired a car at the airport or we would have been stuck. The place was a building site, the hovel we were sent to was a disgrace. the bed was a filthy put-u-up in the lounge, there were extra bunks built into the wall in the passage, A crane in the garden at the back of the unit. the shop was a timber shed that was shut so we could not even make a cup of tea. we went to reception, they were not helpful as no one around to make decisions as to changing the unit, the ones on the website are for owners not people they want to sell a new time share to. we went into Albufera & found a beautiful hotel for the week. when we went back on the Sfollowing morning we were told to go back next day on the Monday as the boss would be there then. We did this, What an obnoxious man he was, Very aggressive & said it was all down to the booking agents who are working on behalf of Extra Weeks, !!!!!! See how they get away with it. they all blame each other. we have sent letter, made phone calls, we are still getting calls from their sales staff to try to sell us an extra week, each time we tell them the story, the promis to look into it & will get someone to call us back. THEY NEVER DO. they seem to be a company of very ill repute that I would not recommend an enemy of mine to visit anywhere with them.
