Club Points and "Gold" status are incongruous. Gold status refers to owned weeks, not points, so your offer can't be correct. Also, "dues" are assessed separate from Maintenance Fees, so the annual "dues" you mention are also not accurate. I believe dues are around $250 per year but exact amount is based on ownership level. Much more significant is annual Maintenance fees.
As of 2025, maintenance on 20K (20,000) annual points would total approximately $16,960,00, more in 2026. If you meant to say 2k (2,000) points, your numbers might make more sense, but it still doesn't add up. Fees for an annual week range around $2,000. There are no annual Gold weeks with fees as low as $710--at least now worth traveling to. (IMO)
